Creative Self: Mentoring

One of the aims of The Creative Self - both the website and the bookis to share a new approach to tackling stress, destructive emotions and emotional distress through self-creativity. I have pioneered this approach in my work as a family doctor.

Self-creativity can play an invaluable part in alleviating "stress forces" like fear and anger along with conditions like anxiety and depression, as well as in restoring our relationships and motivation, and in fulfilling our true potential.

All of these areas are covered in my book, but can also be discussed directly with me in person - in a mentoring session.

The aim of the mentoring session would be to help you get in touch with your own creative - and so real - self, as a powerful personal "therapist" that's already within you.

Of course, everyone is different, with unique strengths but also unique vulnerabilities. A mentoring session allows the techniques and insights in my book to be made relevant to you.

Mentoring sessions can be arranged face-to-face if you are close to London, UKbut might be most practical to hold online or over the telephone.

As a first step, simply enter your contact details below and any message, and I will get back to you.
