Creative Self Mentoring

Hello, my name is Dr Matthew Jack and I am the author of this website and the book The Creative Self.

One of the aims of The Creative Self is to set out a new approach to tackling stress, destructive emotions and emotional distress through self-creativity. I have pioneered this approach in my work as a family doctor.

Self-creativity can play an invaluable part in alleviating "stress forces" like fear and anger along with conditions like anxiety and depression, as well as in restoring our relationships and motivation, and in fulfilling our true potential.

All of these areas are covered in the book, but can also be discussed directly with me in person - in a mentoring session.

The aim of a mentoring session would be to help you get in touch with the personal "therapist" already within you, namely your creative - and real - self.

Of course, everyone is different, with unique strengths and vulnerabilities. A mentoring session allows the techniques and insights in my book to be made most relevant to you personally.

Mentoring sessions can be arranged face-to-face in Cambridge or London, UKbut might be more practical to hold online or over the telephone.

As a first step, simply enter your contact details below and any message, and I will get back to you.
